OCTOBER 1 UPDATE: due to the Covid-19 pandemic, my print partner is experiencing an increase in production times due to the extra-deep cleaning and sanitizing measures - taking time away from their printing process. (Safety first!!) Print orders may take up to 10 business days to get fulfilled. Once it arrives, please practice smart handling just like you would with any delivery these days. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
FOR PRINTS In general, most frame orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days - and typically arrive in 4-5 days. Canvas orders are usually produced in 3-4 days, arriving in 5-6 days. Next day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options will not affect processing time. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail. FOR ORIGINALS Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Depending on the size of the product, it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact me. For international orders, a separate shipping invoice will be sent via email and must be paid before the order ships. To get a cost for international shipping please email me with the item you are interested in and a shipping address and I will provide you with a quote.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
As a small business, I unfortunately do not accept returns on prints or originals. All sales are FINAL. We do our utmost to ensure that your prints or originals are packaged carefully and arrive safely to their new home. If your print or original arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact susanvodonickart@gmail.com with your order number for further instructions.

YOU DO COMMISSIONS? 
YES! I especially love to complete commissioned works of my Hands of Expression Series. A genuine keepsake painting of your hands in your loved one's is a treasure forever. Send me a photo and your choice of colors and I will recreate the moment with oils on canvas. I'd love to create something special for you and/or a loved one! I can also do work from your inspiration photos, ideas or even references to other pieces of mine. I am happy to recreate a piece I've already done in a particular size or color scheme that works for you, too. I will communicate with you throughout the whole process, enabling you to have a say in what happens next or what changes you'd like me to make!
